1. What is Mini Monster GZEL’s basic principle in applying RF?

**GZEL is a different device that sends high voltages of micro-current to the skin using various tips.

2. Can you provide data or studies that was done on GZEL’s technology? I noticed there is an original tip, how is that used?

**Original tip uses Plasma method which does not give thermal damage on other areas, discharges the current, creating sparks and removing the selected areas.

Fractional tip releases small but large amounts of plasma sparks at once so it is possible to treat bigger areas without big damage.

Thermal tip is used after applying the cream, it improves skin tone, fine wrinkles, pores, lifting, tightening, etc by giving thermal damage to the skin.

3.GZEL showed indications that reduces wrinkles and skin pore, however, there are no videos of the procedure being done. Can you send me a video and the principle of the wrinkle being removed and also tell me the principle used in removing the wrinkle?

**Fractional tip uses wound healing process like the fraxel laser giving small wound to the skin.

Thermal tip uses thermal effect to reduce the wrinkles and pores.

4. Can it be used in skin tightening as well?

** Yes you can treat it by using the thermal tip’s thermal effect.

5. How are the Beauty Monster and GZEL different from each other and on what conditions/situations do you use these devices?

**There are mechanical differences, and Mini Monster uses higher power and is able to use while connected to an external battery so it is more convenient. There are other minor differences in the tips, however both are similar. You can think of the Mini Monster as a high-end type and Beauty Monster as a basic-type.

6. How should they be taken care of after the procedure?

**In case of pain after the procedure, you can apply anesthetic cream or ice anesthetic, and apply antibiotic and ointment on the wound.

7. After the procedure, how should the tips be cleaned?

**Clean with alcohol cotton and store in a safe place.

8. Should one tip be used for one customer?

**According to the rule, yes. However, it is a procedure where there if there is no contact, there is no injury.

9. How many times must the procedure be done for the spots (warts, spots, pigments, etc) to completely go away?

**That depends on the size and the depth of the spots. Normal spots on the surface of the skin should be gone with one procedure, the deeper spots need few more procedures with one month intervals.

10. Do different spots have different protocols?

**They are explained in the instructions. As the user gains more experience from the procedure, the user can make their own guides.

11. Is the procedure only possible on the smaller spots, from what size is the procedure not possible?

**The procedure is possible on all sizes of the spot. In the case of the bigger spots, procedure can be done several times. If the spot is too big, a procedure is still possible, but there is a possibility of a scar or a pigmentation.

12. On the deeper spots, after one session of the procedure, a spot can be seen inside, in this case, can I perform the procedure right away or do I have to wait until the next procedure?

**One session of procedure normally gets rid of the spots on the surface of the skin. The deeper spots require more sessions and the spot inside comes up after a month from the first procedure, so repeat the procedure after one month.

13. Is anesthesia necessary? Or on what situations is anesthesia required?

**Anesthesia is not necessary, it is only a method in reducing the pain.

14. Can the moles and the warts be removed as well?(Can the procedure remove all sizes of the spots, and can it treat the serious spots?)

**The procedure can be done on almost all types of moles. The procedure works as long as it works on co2 laser.

15. Areas around the eyes can be dangerous, is the procedure still possible? Can you perform the procedure on the small spots around the eyes?

**It is possible. However, detailed areas like the eyes can be sensitive, so it would be better to do it after you feel more comfortable using t.

16. Which areas can is it possible and which areas is it not possible? (ex. Private areas)

**There are no specific areas that it is not supposed to be used on, be cautious around the eyes and the mucus membrane. You can think of it as the same standard as the co2 laser.

17. Is it possible for the PIH to form after the procedure?

** Yes excessive use may cause PIH to form.

Try to avoid being in contact with the skin when performing the procedure.

18. Which steps should be taken in order to prevent PIH from forming?

**You must follow the regulations according to protocols. Excessive procedures must be refrained. Do not try to get rid of the deeper and wider pigments from a single procedure, take time and do several sessions.

19. I get a lot of questions from overseas asking if the procedures can be done on freckles. If it is not possible, why is that?

**Inner skin type pigments is not possible to cure. However, the outer layer skin is possible. (The inner skin type and outer skin type can be identified by their color. The darker looking pigment is outer skin type and the pastel color tone is inner skin type.)

20. I heard that the correct method of doing the procedure is by putting the tip close to the skin (nearly touching the skin), what would happen if the tip pokes the skin??

**Other company’s similar products may have a problem, but our tips are designed so that the tip is not sharp enough to cause injury as long as you do not intentionally poke the person.

21. Aside from bleeding, what happens to the area that the procedure was done on?(Scar healing process, the things that are happening to the spot inside)

**After the scarring, it goes through the wound healing process (The callus forming and falling off)

22. Is there bleeding after the procedure? I saw that there was a scar, I want to know the process that the scar goes through while it is healing.

**The reason why the bleeding usually occur is because the tip pokes during the procedures. Our new tips are made so that the poking does not happen, so as long as you do not poke intentionally, there will not be bleeding.

23. Can the practitioner safely use the equipment? Are there any extra precautions that I need to take?

**It can be used by anyone as long as you follow the manual. We provide a technology that is completely safe and simple. It is safe as long as the procedure is not done excessively, be patient and perform over several sessions.

24. Europe commented that the procedure is dangerous because there may be a cancer behind the spot. How should this problem be handled?

**For Caucasians, only perform the procedure after checking whether the spot has become bigger or if there was any change within the couple years.
